Terms and Conditions:

1. The training platform for accredited and ordained Cobi chaplains is designed for further education, continuous development, and career building for individuals who have been officially recognized as chaplains within the Cobi Organization.

2. All users of this platform must be accredited and ordained Cobi chaplains in good standing within their respective communities and must provide proof of their official recognition upon registration. Only those with up-to-date membership fees, accreditation, and relevant ordination credentials are granted access to this platform.

3. The content provided on this training platform is strictly for educational purposes and is intended to enhance the knowledge and skills of Cobi chaplains in various aspects of chaplaincy, pastoral care, and spiritual counseling, to name a few.

4. Users are prohibited from sharing their login credentials with any unauthorized individuals or allowing any unauthorized individuals to access the training platform using their account.

5. Users are expected to always conduct themselves professionally while utilizing the training platform and interacting with fellow users, instructors, and administrators.

6. Any content posted or shared on the training platform must adhere to the principles and values of the Cobi denomination and must not contain any offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material.

7. The training platform reserves the right to remove any user who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any behavior that is deemed to be detrimental to the community or the platform.

8. Users are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date and for notifying the training platform of any changes to their accreditation or ordination status.

9. The training platform may occasionally update these terms and conditions, and users will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform itself.

10. All accredited Cobi Chaplains will be expected to complete a minimum of three training courses per year, on this platform. Your yearly accreditation fees grant you access to complete three courses per year free of charge. Additional Training will be offered at a 50% discount to all accredited Chaplains. Successful completion of all courses will be rewarded with a Certificate of Completion. New Courses will be constantly added, as well as training manuals, articles, and other relevant training and educational resources. The price of additional Courses will be displayed at 100%, but Chaplains who have completed the free compulsory Courses may apply for a discount coupon valued at 50%.

By registering for and using this training platform, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions and to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the values and standards of the Cobi Organization.
